[Bug 180] xfsdump is wrong with -e and files created since last dump

Hi Pedro,

I have finally had a chance to experiment with xfsdump -e and was able to
reproduce the problems you described. Unfortunately, we're in the middle
of relocating to a new campus for the next 2 weeks.  I should be able to
pick up with this bug once our systems are back online (beginning of
December).
