| Thread-topic: | Update Input/Output Error with Evms/XFS |
Hello all,
A little while back, I reported encountering a problem
with XFS volume when managed under LvmRegMgr.
Kernel2.4.18 + EVMS1.2.0 + XFS1.1.0
1. The I/O error can easily duplicate by a simple
# cp -R /usr/src/* /mnt/myvol/.
==> The above problem goes away under:
Kernel2.4.19 + EVMS1.2.0 + XFS1.2pre3
2. I/O error resurfaces (using XFSpre3) under SpecsFS 3.0.
==> SpecsFS may run 2 to 6 (out of 10) iteration before
dying on the same error type.
If there is any specific data you'd like to view, I may be
able to supply.
Regards,
Michael.
