There's still some off_t abus left in pagebuf, but it's so clearly bogus
(it uses off_t for something different than offsets into files) that I'll
need to take a deeper look at what it actually wants and need to do some
rewrite/cleanup around it.
But it's already late here so I'll do it tomorrow...
