Raid chunk-size 4 doesn't BUG it, but the mounting process has
to be allowd to sleep for 2-3 seconds after the
fs was created and before the mount invoked.

Else it sleeps on down() in pagebuf_iowait() indefinitely
(called from xfs_bwrite())...

Please see comment #2 in bugzilla on this bug.
