There is no simple way to recover deleted xfs files, I am afraid.

If these were text files that were deleted, and they were not very
fragmented, and you might be able to use dd to extract them when you
find them.
In general though data recovery is expensive because it's tricky and not
something that can be explained in a short email, if it is even
possible.
