kernel src to compile

Good morning team:
(bad morning for me, but I hope you have better than mine)

I have a problem in one of my servers.
Kernel Panic, only I have latest line, due Kernel Panic
debug message was too big for my console (nfs_ related problem I think)
grrrrrr..I ate don;t have good logs....

Does any of you guys have a kernel-2.4.18 or higher version
in format src.rpm ready to compile? or at least > 2.4.9-31 that I am using 
today.

Usually I do by myself, but I have to fix other issues in other server.

I would appreciate your help team.

Notes: Pe2450 1 CPU; current kernel 2.4.9-31SGI_XFS;nfs client only; a lot 
of I/O through NFS. Perc card (aacraid.o), Intel pro 1000 (e1000.o). Other 
servers don't have this problem :/
