Hi Saji -

Sorry for the late reply. The main activity lately has been massaging
XFS to get it ready for inclusion in the 2.5 kernel. Future plans
include updated releases, and addition of some features like
unwritten extents and realtime subvolume support, off the top of my head.

Anyone is welcome to help with development, but it will have to be
a mostly self-directed exercise. We're down to a handful of developers
working on the project, with other internal projects, so unfortunately
there's not a whole lot of time for tuturials, etc.

If you're looking for a place to start, there are often bugs reported to the
list; if you think you can tackle one, go for it!

Other known bugs I can think of are occasional hangs on shutdown,
and xfs_fsr is not properly zeroing the last bit of the last block of a
file.
