Its stable because there is not really a lot of development
going on right now. Most of the recent changes have been code
reorgs and deletions. 

I think at least a couple of the bugs in that list are regressions
from the 1.1 release though, so it is not as simple as just saying
upgrade your code - it will be better. We are capable of implementing
bugs as well as features ;-)
