John - I have to say that I can't argue with them.  They are set up
to support their product, and XFS is not (in) their product.  I wish
it were, but until then, I would expect them to respond just as they
are.  Signing up to a service level agreement on an "alien" product
would be foolish of them.  It's just bid'ness.  (/me has been watching
gangster movies this week).

OTOH, if you let them know that they're missing out on your $2.5k because
they don't have XFS, that might put some pressure in the right direction.
