2.4.19-rc3

Hi everyone,

I noticed that 2.4.19-rc3. I haven't seen an announcement myself, but
the timestamp on kernel.org shows it was released a few days after
2.4.19-rc2.

Just in case this will be useful to the XFS kernel team. (CVS is still
at -rc2, right? If it's already at -rc3 then I must've goofed up.
Haven't seen any merge TAKE messages, though). :)
