makepkgs problem

Hi!

In the latest redhat beta, the rpm package created a new command,
rpmbuild, so the old rpm -ta won't work, only rpmbuild -ta. If someone
would correct the Makepkgs script in the cmd dir, to check for rpmbuild,
and use it if it exists i would appriciate that. Thx.
