Hi John,

everytime I compile a new kernel with XFS and NFS support in it, I apply
the attached patch. It is originally dated from the days of 2.4.9 or the
like, but it still (2.4.18) works for me now.
Multiple SGI Octanes are NFS V2 clients for this Linux server and all works
very well (though I had problems with NFS V3 on this combination).
