I wanted to have xfs_stats run a bit more like procinfo or top does
so I added an option and a bit of code that makes it do so:

Ok, so I flubbed that last patch - it was backwards (I really should
carefully read my patches before sending them out publicly.)

The new option is "-f" and matches the option to procinfo. This
makes xfs_stats update every second (yes, I know, that should be
an option too)

I also have xfs_stats include the display of the current date/time
such that you can easily look at two different outputs and tell
how much time passed between the two states.

(I don't know if this is/was useful yet, but it does help me visualize
the behavior of the system a bit.)
