Much more so - thanks ! :-). I'll look at merging this in for
2.2.5. I may move around some of the header locations (we normally
keep all include files in include/, or at least that's the plan :-),
and I'm a bit concerned about the copyright on the XFS quota file,
but I'm sure we can work this out. It *really* sucks that this isn't
in all standard distributions though - essentially the patch you
gave me just includes all the files that should be on the system.

If this were for a less important platform I'd be tempted to stuff
all these extra files in the packaging directories as patches.....
