When I xfs_repair(the latest version 2.0.3),it will dump and post "out
of memory" warning.
        why it is ?
  cpu : 333Mhz
  ram: 64M ( include a 16M ramdisk)
harddisk: 120G ( only one partion)

Have you sent this message to the xfs mailinglist?

Is this the xfs_repair from CVS?
What kernel version are you using?
Does xfs_repair -n also stop with an out of memory error.

It might just be your lucky day, if you only knew.
