just a few queries about xfsdump.
1. does it back up ACL's, or will I need to back them up separately?
2. does it support incremental backups to a file on disk? ie:
xfsdump -l 0 -f /mnt/backup/var_dump /var
xfsudmp -l 1 -f /mnt/backup/var_dump /var
This fails, with:
xfsdump: ERROR: media contains valid xfsdump but does not support append
Obviously, /mnt/backup is a local hard disk. Is there anyway to get
around this, or should I look to the tar command for my needs?
