latest quota tools?

Hi,
  I'm running a recent kernel from the XFS CVS tree.  :-)  I'm also running
quota-tools 3.04 from http://www.sf.net/projects/linuxquota.  I'm getting
the error "Kernel quota is newer than supported."  I've tried downloading
the CVS version from sourceforge, but it looks like it isn't complete (it
tries to use "quotaio_generic.h", but that doesn't seem to be in the tree).
Anyone know how to get the latest version of quota-tools?
