Questions
---------
There are 3 parts to this question:
a) -d doesn't work
b) SGI_XFSDUMP_SKIP_FILE doesn't work
c) why is the warning msg about large file produced

Answers

(a) -d is used to specify the size of "media files" for tapes.
This is _not_ the same as a dump to a disk file. Dumps to a disk file,
always use one "media file".
Check out: xfsdump/doc/xfsdump.html
Writing to multiple disk files (at once), is only supported by xfsdump on
IRIX which has the multiple thread support.

(b) It looks like you forgot the -e option.

(c) Is a bug in xfsdump/libhandle.
    This will be fixed shortly.
