Hi Ian -
If the patch you obtained has "1.1" in the name, then you don't need
the latest quota patch that Nathan checked in; quota in 1.1 is
a bit different from what's currently in CVS, and as far as I know,
quota functionality is fine.
If you're running a production machine, I would use the 1.1 release.
