Hi All,
Another happy XFS user with a question. I just did an xfsdump which
appeared normal, but at the end I got:
[snipped]
xfsdump: creating dump session media file 37 (media 0, file 38)
xfsdump: dumping ino map
xfsdump: dumping directories
xfsdump: dumping non-directory files
xfsdump: ending media file
xfsdump: media file size 36700160 bytes
xfsdump: dumping session inventory
xfsdump: beginning inventory media file
xfsdump: media file 38 (media 0, file 39)
xfsdump: ending inventory media file
xfsdump: inventory media file size 2097152 bytes
xfsdump: writing stream terminator
xfsdump: beginning media stream terminator
xfsdump: media file 39 (media 0, file 40)
xfsdump: ending media stream terminator
xfsdump: media stream terminator size 1048576 bytes
xfsdump: dump size (non-dir files) : 10021758872 bytes
xfsdump: dump complete: 8012 seconds elapsed
xfsdump: Dump Status: INCOMPLETE
So is there a problem or not? No complaints from the kernel or
anything.
I'm running a 2.4.18 CVS kernel (3/1/2002), prememt 2.4.18-4 and an
openssl/mppe patch
(ftp://planetmirror.com/pub/mppe/linux-2.4.16-openssl-0.9.6b-mppe.patch.gz)
so I can use a pptp tunnel for work. I recently updated all the xfs
cmd's from the RPMs built from the same cvs update as the kernel via
the build scripts. I'm writing to a Quantum DLT4000.
