I'm just an observer on this list, but I've been trying to make the same 
decision you are.

Someone on the XFS team stated during Feb. that they hope to get the next 
release of XFS out by the end of March.

They obviously missed that, but they have put out XFS 1.1 pre-release 2 on Mar. 
21.  It seems to have lots of fixes relative to 1.0.2.

If you can stand to wait a while longer, you might want to wait for that to be 
released.

I'm planning on waiting, but my target is to have something ready by June.
