Probably referring to PV 815265, the 32 vs 64 bit file handle bug, which
you're already aware of. I agree that this bug usually manifests itself
by not returning the full pathname for a "pwd". I don't know if that bug
can explain the behavior described here. I just tried with a
2.4.18-SGI_XFS_1.1 server and 6.5.16 IRIX client. I created 500 files and
saw all of them from the 6.5.16 IRIX client. Unfortunately I don't have
a 6.5.11 client to try it with.
