xfs_check 112 Segmentation fault

Anybody have any clues about the following error from xfs_check.

/usr/sbin/xfs_check: line 62:   112 Segmentation fault  xfs_db$ISFILE -i -p 
xfs_check -c "check$OPTS" $1

This drive has been acting up and the new one is one the way but I was trying 
to salvage some data off ot it.  I am running on the SGI installer cd in 
rescue mode, kernel version:
2.4.7-10SGI_XFS_PR1BOOT
