I just tried that. It removed the complaint from EXT2fs, but I still
get an oops (I just tried with the initrd-variant, let me know if you
think it'll change anything to try with a non-initrd kernel):

(I got tired of typing there, if the rest is useful, let me know and

Maybe I get the oops when it's actually trying to mount the xfs-system?
