Does stock XFS+linux build for your configuration, without those extra
patches?  The exact error would help.

XFS quota is now keeping up with Jan's quota code, so if your other
patches expect stock quota, something might break (although I don't see
"DQUOT" anywhere in evms-0.9.2)
