Hello all, The system is Linux 2.4.16-xfs on PC hardware. I've run mkfs on an unpartitioned disk block device (eg, /dev/hda). The case is that I've been experiencing random hangs (uninterruptible sleep state) on I/O system calls. Can anyone antecipate problems due to the usage of the referred block device? TIA, -- Nuno M.
