This was suggested on the list, seems like a good idea to me.
Now, if you try to mount a filesystem w/ a duplicate (or nil) UUID, you'll get
XFS: Filesystem loop(7,1) has duplicate UUID - can't mount
instead of the slightly less helpful
XFS: Filesystem has duplicate UUID - can't mount
