Looks like some rip-n-replace codework there. Should be simple enought.
I'd doublecheck this with a vanilla patched kernel just to be sure, but
it looks fairly straight forward.

I'll take a peek and see what's up. Chances are, there's a lot of
rip-n-replace here since there's an enourmous chance that a lot of the
vmscan.c code is re-worked. When integrating -aa's patch into XFS, I had
a 20K .rej, most of which was code that was just located elsewhere. Took
a while to find, but I had a lot of replacementcode.
