diff -Nur /path/to/vanilla/linux /path/to/cvs/linux-2.4.x-xfs/linux

(obviously replacing paths correctly, above...)

OTOH, there are ready-made patches on 
ftp://oss.sgi.com/projects/xfs/download/patches/2.4.17...
