Hi,
I'm just curious as to whether real-time subvolumes are working on the
latest release. I tried mkfs -r rtdev=/dev/hda3 /dev/hda4, where hda3 is
a ~1GB partition, hda4 is ~26GB.
When i try to mount either /dev/hda3 or /dev/hda4 (-o rtdev w/ hda4), i
get a kernel oops.
I'm also trying to figure out if i even need a real-time subvolume. I
wanted to try it to see if i can squeeze a small amount of extra
performance out of my disk solely for video capture.
Should i not worry about it and just use XFS? just use ext2? I'm looking
for suggestions here! :)
