xfs_repair + bad magic number

Hi,

It's my last chance...
After a bad magic number I booted on a rescure disk and I lauched xfs_repair,
It said me :

Phase 1 - Find and verify superblock...
Bad primary superblock - bad magic number !!

attempting to find secondary superblock................
Sorry, could not find valid secondary superblock
Exiting now.


Is ther any solutions ?
Or must I will format my HD and lose all my datas ?
