just replace the woody boot-floppies kernel with a xfs enabled one,
and add mkfs.xfs to the root.bin ramdisk (from xfsprogs-bf).  xfs will
be offered as a choice automatically then.  woody boot-floppies
completly support XFS, but debian is not planning on shipping any
flavor with an XFS enabled kernel.
