Thanks to Simon Matter, XFS-capable versions of Red Hat's latest x86 kernel RPMs are available at ftp://oss.sgi.com/projects/xfs/download/Release-1.0.2/kernel_rpms/i386/contributed-RH-updates/ These updated kernels contain exactly the same XFS bits as the original 1.0.2 release - only the underlying kernel has been updated.
