My work would allow xfsdump to write to multiple removeable disks, or
devices that behaved like removeable disks.  I don't think it'd work
very well for a CD writer.

At the moment, I think your best option is to dump to a file and then
split the file up into chunks which can be written to a CD.

Of course, if you don't use XFS's extended attributes (including ACLs)
then there's no reason you can't use whatever backup utility you like.
