(a) Don't, there are major VM differences between XFS and -ac.
(b) If you insist, get the XFS patch against Redhat 7.2 from
ftp://oss.sgi.com/projects/xfs/download/Release-1.0.2/kernel_rpms/i386/2.4.9-13-RH7.2/
which is the closest XFS gets to an ac kernel. Modify the patches
in that directory to suit your kernel.
