Here's some good places (there isn't any "XFS-specific ACL stuff",
it is an implementation of the draft POSIX ACL spec)...

cmd/acl/man/* in the XFS CVS tree (original docs with our ACL packages)
cmd/acl2/doc/* in the XFS CVS tree (additional docs from Andreas)
