We export some XFS filesystems via NFS. A user creates a directory in a directory whose default acl is u::rwx,g::r-x,o::r-x. tcpdump reveals the mkdir comes across the wire with the permissions I expect, i.e. 2775. ls -l on both server and client immediately show permissions of 2755, acl and default acl reflect the same. Is this the expected behavior? |
