Hi Joshua -

That's still under discussion, really, but since 2.4.x will have more
users, and probably more bug reports, I would guess that feature & bugfix
work will happen primarily in 2.4.x, pushed over to 2.5.x as appropriate.
2.5 will probably be working on the block layer interface, etc, and
stay busy enough with that activity.  That's just my hunch, subject to
review and change.  :)
