If two threads attempt to clean the buffer at once (a truncate
has to happen I think) then we end up with a clean buffer and
the previous code would trip a bug macro.

The following file(s) were checked into:
bonnie.engr.sgi.com:/isms/slinx/2.4.x-xfs
Modid: 2.4.x-xfs:slinx:108253a
linux/fs/pagebuf/page_buf_io.c - 1.104
- And now deal with the case where a buffer is cleaned before we get
the lock
