I certainly haven't had any problems using openafs-1.0.4-24 and
openafs-1.2.2 with XFS with kernels 2.4.5-SGI_XFS_1.0.1smp and
2.4.9-13SGI_XFS_PR1smp respectively.

I'm currently building openafs for the 1.0.2 XFS release.
