TAKE - Allow for XFS compile without any dmapi patch

I want to be able to build XFS with just the core components, without
the lvm, kdb and dmapi patches.  That required wrapping a couple of
dmapi references in the main XFS code with #ifdef CONFIG_XFS_DMAPI.
