[OT] I recompiled my kernel...

Now my networking won't work properly with RH 7.2. I can "ifconfig eth0
xx.xx.xx.xx" just fine, but there is a program called usernetctl which
is used by ifup and it won't start because it says it "cannot send dump
request: Connection refused." What the hell is this and what is this
dump request. This is the first time I've ever seen this message. Any
help is appreciated.
