Hi Matt - We found a bug in DMAPI today that exhibited similar problems... you might try either recompiling with DMAPI off, or if you'd like to verify, cat 1 > /proc/sys/kdb and take a look at the hung processes in kdb - if they are in mraccessf, waiting for a lock, it's probably the same thing.
