question on include files for building from CVS

Folks:

  While building the CVS tree updated from this morning, I ran into this
problem for the NCR controllers.

        53c7,8xx.c:1579:22: 53c8xx_d.h: No such file or directory

and then a cascade of errors after that, for all the symbols that were
declared in this header.

  Is this pilot error (me)?  Is this something missing in the tree?  I did
a find on this file, and it is no where to be found in the kernel tree.
