The problem in Linux is that broad testing only works on "releases" (ie
there is no way to distribute something to test to a bigger testing
audience without a release) Normally that would be 2.x, x uneven kernels 
where everybody expects occasional brokenness. Unfortunately no non-even 
tree exists ATM.  People that just want kernels that are tested and work 
currently need another testing "filter"; e.g. a distributor.
