There are some new kernel RPMs available for testing at

These are based on the 2.4.7-10 Red Hat kernel RPM from rawhide, rumored
to be the version that will ship with their next distro release.

This came across on another list:

ftp://linux-speakup.org/pub/linux/speakup/disks/redhat/7.2/

"This is a version especially patched with speakup, the GPL screen reader used by a lot of us screen access via synthetic speech types. But, it's still the same RH, and all anyone who doesn't have a speech synthesizer would need to do is to just say "no" to speech."

If you grab the ISO, I imagine that you could at least confirm that you've gotten the correct kernel version.
