Clarification before I get flamed too much

Major factors for leaving are that a project I'm leading is using FreeBSD.
Until XFS becomes part of a distro I can't afford the time to maintain two
different OS boxes, especially when I have to build up kernels from CVS for
the Linux one.

There. No FUD involved. Plain, pragmatic, business decision. In the previous
questions I was asking, the "manager" I wanted to know how to convince was me.

I think XFS is the salvation for the Linux FS needs, but I have to bow out
of development stuff right now.
