I have checked in a fix for this - it should show up in the
CVS repository on oss.sgi.com shortly.  Please try it out,
and let me know if it fixes your problem.

The test program you sent, modulo a few changes, no longer
causes an oops with this new kernel code (but does get the
EINVAL which it should).
