DMAPI header licensing

About six weeks ago the source files for the libdm and libhandle libraries
were updated to be under the LGPL so that clients wishing to use the DMAPI
would be able to do so.  However, dmapi.h is still under GPL.  Could this
(and any other header files necessary to compile a DMAPI client) file be
placed under the LGPL as well?
