Perhaps you should add that it'd be a good idea to use xfs_admin
(xfs_db) to change the uuid for the copied filesystems (unless there is
a specific need for each filesystem to be an exact copy).

Most of the time you would be cloning a XFS filesystem to quickly setup another box. If this is the case it would not matter would it?
Only if you would clone a fs from one partition to another on the same box you would hit this.
